holodeck 'accident'. Circumstances surrounding this 'accident' have turned
up somewhat suspicious. Surgery was successful and Blaine is recovering
nicely.

Ryalli Sector. An older gray haired man with broad shoulders and a decided
slouch. A strong proponent of the Federation Anti-Expansionist Movement. A jerk. Hated
by many. Earned his rank by way of 'freebies' during the Dominion War. A
superb military tactician, but hideously lousy in command.
