2378 Starfleet eventually sends the Intrepid Class USS Avalon out near the Ryalli Expanse to investigate the strange disappearances of the Terra Nova and the Thunderbird. They find evidence that leads them to conclude both ships are officially lost. Memorial Services are held on Earth for both crews.

Ensign Michael Johnson graduates from Stafleet Academy and is assigned to the distant Liberty Station.

Ensign Amalia Wilcox graduates from Starfleet Academy and is assigned to Liberty Station.

In early April, both the USS Thunderbird and the USS Terra Nova suddenly appear outside the Ryalli Expanse. Reports later indicate the involvement of a temporal anomoly. They also indicate that, inside the Ryalli, the Terra Nova has lost 10 crewmembers, and the Thunderbird 3/4 of her crew to a strange alien presence. Reports also indicate first contact with two new races, the Bibbiti and the Caepaens.

In late April, a board of inquiry is convened on Liberty Station to investigate allegations that Lt. Commander Greer attempted to murder his subordinate, Alessandro Markov, while in acting command of the USS Thunderbird. He is acquited of the charges, but does recieve a written repremand for his actions. Shortly after, he is offered the position of Chief Technology Intelligence Officer for all of the Ryalli Sector. He accepts, and an office is set up for him on Liberty Station.

Terra Nova Ensign, Timothy Harcolm dies in a freak accident aboard the USS Thunderbird while enacting repairs. He is resurrected by the mysterious Ryalli Aliens, and unwittingly takes part in a major Yetanni mythological event on Gideon IV.

Garrett Andrews, Chief Helm Officer of the USS Terra Nova, falls into an unexplainable coma lasting a few days. When he  awakens, he claims to have experienced another life -- as himself -- trapped in the Ancient past of Tempus IV. Though, in reality, Garrett's comatose experiences were only in his mind, Starfleet Temporal Investigations has determined Garrett to be suffering from 'Temporal Flux', a rare condition resulting from two differing timelines inadvertantly intertwined. Temporal Investigations has also concluded Garrett to have experienced an alternate timeline in which the Terra Nova attempted to rescue Federation scientists from the ruins of a dead Tempus IV. Upon Garrett's awakening, the condition seems to have vanished, though Garrett still retains many of his comatose memories, much like a vivid dream remembered.

Commander Mulenga Banda is promoted to Acting-Captain of the USS Terra Nova. Lt. Garrett Andrews is promoted to First officer with a rank rise to Lt. Cmdr.

Captain Janeway is promoted to Admiral. Riker and Troi are engaged. ("Star Trek: Nemesis")

On Federation date, May 20th, Bajor is officially accepted into the United Federation of Planets as a member planet.

Voyager's Commander Chakotay and Seven of Nine are married.

IN THE FUTURE

2379 After the wedding of Deanna Troi and Will Riker, the Enterprise-E picks up a positronic signal from the planet Kolaren near the Neutral Zone, where B-4, a prototype of Data, is found. On Romulus, the new Praetor Shinzon of Reman origin, who has assassinated the Romulan Senate, calls for a Federation ship for negotiations. Shinzon reveals himself as a clone of Picard, once created to infiltrate the Federation, but then banned to the Dilithium mines on Remus. It soon becomes clear that Shinzon used B-4 to lure the Enterprise into a trap. He needs Picard's cells in order to survive and, moreover, he is about to use a talaron emitter against Earth, thereby killing all life on the planet. In the battle against Shinzon's superior vessel, the Scimitar, Picard's last chance is to ram the ship and to beam over to blow up the talaron emitter. Data follows him, and he stays to fulfill this task, dying in the explosion of the Scimitar ("Star Trek: Nemesis").

Mid 25th Century The time travelling people of the galaxy agree to the Temporal Accords, a series of regulations governing time travel. They appear to have similar guidelines to those adopted by Starfleet as the "Temporal Prime Directive". (speculation - the Temporal Accords exist by the mid 28th Century, and were likely in place in the era of Rasmussen's time machine, which was the 2500s.)

2500's Sometime in the 26th century, a researcher travels back to New Jersey, Earth, in the 22nd century, where his time pod is stolen by Berlinghoff Rasmussen. ("A Matter of Time" (TNG)

2551 A Fleet of the Federation wins the Battle of Procyon V against the Sphere Builders (ENT: "Azati Prime").

2573 The Xindi homeworld, in the Delphic Expanse, is apparently destroyed by the Earth. This event triggers an attack on Earth by the Xindi in late 2153. (420 years after "The Expanse")

2600's Sometime in this century, scientist Kal Dano invents the Tox Uthat, a quantum phase inhibitor with enormous weapons potential. Boratus and Ajur, two Vorgons, attempt to steal the Tox Uthat, but are thwarted. To keep the Uthat from falling into their hands, Dano travels back in time to the 22nd century to hide the device on Risa. (TNG "Captain's Holiday")

2769 A research group from this year travels back to view the construction of the Great Pyramid at Giza. They are properly following the procedures laid out in the Temporal Accord. (ENT: "Cold Front")
