| October 31, 2355: Born in Aberdeen, South Dakota. 2378: Graduates from Starfleet Academy. CHILDHOOD: Mike Johnson was born on October 31st, 2355, in Aberdeen, South Dakota, of the upper midwestern United States. All throughout his childhood, nobody had very high expectations of him. He never was a smart person and his mediocre grades showed it. Until after he turned eleven years old, he was a small boy, short and skinny, often picked on by the bigger boys. He was only 4’11 and 90 pounds on his eleventh birthday. Between his eleventh and thirteenth birthdays, he grew nearly two feet taller and almost tripled his weight, suddenly dwarfing his tormentors. EDUCATION: It was at this time that his true talents began to surface. He excelled at art, entering and winning a number of art competitions during his high school career. Also being a very good writer, he became senior editor of his high school newspaper, and also had three short stories published. His discovery of strength machines and weightlifting in eighth grade quickly became an extremely time-consuming hobby, spending hours a day turning his childhood flab into muscle. Over the next few years, his hobby turned into an obsession and expanding from merely getting stronger to building up all of his athletic abilities. By the end of high school, he was running between five and ten miles per day after school, then going to the local gym for 2-3 hours of working out, then returning home to spend whatever time was left before he went to bed on his homework. He managed to keep up grades just high enough to be accepted into the Starfleet Academy in 2373. He didn’t like it much at the academy, because he was limited by stricter rules than he had back home. He wasn’t able to spend as much time working out and running as he had in high school. Having had his obsession restricted, and also because of the stress from much higher expectations of the Academy, Mike suffered a nervous breakdown halfway through his first year there. He dropped out and went back home for the rest of the year. The next fall, he tried again, this time staying for the full four years, finally graduating in 2378 as a Security officer. STARFLEET SERVICE: Upon graduation from the Academy, he was assigned to the distant Liberty Station. Some think this might have something to do with his odd personality. Johnson, however, does not mind the posting. Not long after his arrival on Liberty Station, he recieved new orders. He would be assigned as a security officer on the small USS Terra Nova operating in the sector. - |

| A Halloween baby, he has always enjoyed fear, both his own
and others’. He loves to scare and be scared. He is terrified of heights
and speed, yet is thrilled when he is put into situations involving them.
Mike is somewhat bipolar. One moment he can be having a polite conversation with someone, the next moment, he’s yelling at them over nothing, then suddenly he goes quiet and doesn’t talk much at all. This doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it can be scary for the person on the receiving end. He is a very creative person, excelling at both art and writing. He prefers pencil and paper for both activities, as he has a habit of tapping things when he gets a writer’s block. He has, at times, been accused of being neurotic. While not exactly true, he does claim to have two voices in his head, named Rocco and Perdy, who he occasionally talks to when he’s bored. He also says random things, which he claims they tell him to say. However, doctors believe he is only making the voices up. Almost everyone thinks he is at least a little odd. - - |

had a neon-blue spiked Mohawk and multiple piercings in his ears, tongue,
lip, and eyebrows. Now, his hair is shortened and back to its natural blonde
