BACKGROUND

2332: Born on the colony world, Britannia.
2355: Graduated from Starfleet Academy.

Gail was born in 2332 on the colony world Britannia, during a late season blizzard. That, along with her name, gave her the nickname Stormi.

Her homeworld was going through politaical turmoil in her early years, and, like every child at that
time, she was placed in a state run center. She took an early interest in medicine, following the
"Caregivers" to help others. At the age of four, the political factions reached the stage of civil war.
Roughly half the population were able to escape before the war rendered the planet uninhabitable. She
was one of these, and Gail grew up on Tau Ceti 2 where her escape craft landed. This world was at a
much lower technological level that the world she had left, and Gail longed for the technology she
loved. It was here she decided, well before her teen years, that she would work with technology and
people. She would joing Starfleet.

It was about this time she discovered God, thanks to a friend taking her to her House of Worship, This gave Gail a sense of peace, purpose, and stability in a young life which had been filled with upheaval.

Her adolescent life was quiet. She was studious, and became an outstanding singer, and is not too bad at doing impressions. She’s not above doing these at talent shows or whenever there needs to be a laugh or two.

At the Academy, she had a love affair with a very good looking- and genetically enhanced- guy. She’s
still not completely over him, despite having had a "fling" or two over the years, and was married during her tour on the "Comfort." Her husband was assigned to the U.S.S. Nemesis, which was destroyed by a warp core breach after contacting a cosmic string.

After a brief stint on the USS Terra Nova, Gail now serves as the medical attache to the Federation Consolate on Tempus IV.

PERSONALITY PROFILE

Gail is curious; extroverted; lacks pretense; straightforward. She has some nagging self-doubts- "Am I
really good enough?", wihch drives her to excellence. She has a very active mind, which leads her to
be absent-minded at times on matters such as dates, lunch engagements and the like as she tries to live up to her own high standards for herself. At Fleet Hospital 5, she was locked in a storage closet for
several hours as a prank by some of her friends, who then managed to lose the code to have the
computer release the lock. This incident has left her mildly claustrophobic.

Gail is 5’4", 118 pounds, blonde hair, and blue eyes. She looks and acts younger than she is. She is
quite beautiful, but denies it.

Loves animals. Especially cats. Enjoys reading mystery stories.
